These personnel include licensed civil engineers, licensed structural engineers, licensed electrical engineers, electrical designers, civil engineers-in-training, professional land surveyors, land surveyors-in-training, year-round survey crews, land use planners, construction/building inspectors, CAD draftspersons as well as clerical support.

The firm's material testing laboratory is fully-equipped to provide a wide array of geotechnical material testing. Our testing methods are in compliance with applicable ASTM Standards. The testing equipment is state-of-the-art, and calibrated on a regular basis. We are licensed and certified for nuclear densometers for soil compaction testing in the states of Washington and Idaho. Our inspectors are ACI-certified for concrete testing purposes.

The survey crew (s) utilize Nikon Total Stations, Topcon Robotic Total Stations, Topcon Hyper + RTK GPS Systems, Sokkia Stratus Static GPS Systems and TDS Data Collection Systems.
