Outlet Bay Water & Sewer Wastewater Upgrade
The project’s objective consists of upgrading the treatment facilities to meet anticipated growth through 2020, as well and Idaho Department of Environmental Quality requirements for water quality for area groundwaters. The project consists of: new influent pump station, 2,200 feet of pressure sewer transmission main, new headworks channel, two lined 12-million gallon aerated sewage treatment lagoons, land application irrigation system on 46 timbered acres, a new control building, relocation of Forest Service access road, and construction of a shop/office building.
