Stoneridge Rec. Development Project
JAS has provided engineering and surveying services to the Stoneridge Resort Development since the late 1960's. The Stoneridge Resort Development is comprised of a 500 acre project area with an 18 hole golf course, approximately 225 existing platted lots, and a 35 acre man-made lake.
JAS has been instrumental in the future development process of Stoneridge. In the past two years there have been significant upgrades to the transportation system, water distribution system and the sewage collection and treatment systems.
The golf course was rebuilt during the summer of 2001 which included the installation on a 35 MG irrigation pond, two new golf holes, significant remodeling of six golf holes and new tees and greens for the remaining golf holes. A new irrigation system was installed throughout the golf course. A Master Plan of the project has been developed, reviewed, and approved by Bonner County.
A Zone Change Application and PUD have been approved by Bonner County for the 500 acre project. The PUD is comprised of single family dwelling units, multi-family townhomes, condominiums, and a mixture of project specific commercial developments. A Preliminary Plat approval has been obtained for approximately 150 dwelling units. These dwelling units would be a mix of single family dwellings and condominium units.
At total build-out, the Stoneridge Resort Development will have approximately 500 additional dwelling units. The Planned Unit Development would include a 19 Hole Golf Course, Clubhouse and Driving Range, Lake Sans Souci, single family dwelling units, condominium units, commercial and retail areas, and a series of community parks and open areas.
