Dover Bay Development Infrastructure Project
Dover Bay Development consists of 535 residential units within 12 designated planning areas within Dover, Idaho.
Engineering projects included:
1) Distribution Water System including a Treatment System, Storage System: Potable water distribution system will include a supply of potable water for domestic use.
2) Sewer System including a Collection System, Treatment System, & Pumping/Transmission System: The sewer collection system includes pressure sewer lines throughout the development area. Upgrades will address infiltration/inflow, construction of a 30,000-gallon equalization basin, construction of a new sludge digester basin & conversion of existing sludge digester to third SBR basin, duplication of existing UV disinfection equipment, and upgrade standby chlorination equipment to be activated automatically.
3) Fire Protection/Irrigation Water System including a Distribution System and Supply System: The fire protections/irrigation water distribution system includes a supply of river water for domestic fire protection and irrigation use.
4) Street System: Develop and design a street system as proposed within the PUD Application.
5) Stormwater Management System: Develop and design a SWMP as proposed within the PUD Application.
