Building Inspection Services - Private Inspections
Our Building Inspection Department provides new construction inspection services by ICC-Certified Inspectors.
Private inspection services include plans review analysis to ensure that each structure meets the life/safety requirements set forth by the State of Idaho and the ICC.
Our mission is to provide complete plan reviews prior to construction to verify that each project has been designed to meet local, state and federal codes, snow load capacities and flood plain criteria. Our inspectors provide a eight-point inspection program including inspections for footings & foundation, roof and wall sheathing, framing, insulation, sheetrock and a final inspection. A final report and documentation of inspections are provided. Our inspectors monitor the construction process ensuring that each step meets code requirements.
