Seven Bays Estates, Lincoln County, Wa.
The homeowner’s association at Seven Bays Estates in Lincoln County, Wa., requested that James A Sewell & Associates, LLC, evaluate the existing sewage treatment lagoon and provide recommendations for modifications to improve operation. We determined that additional aeration and mixing were necessary to reduce the organic load and promote nitrification of the wastewater. James A Sewell & Associates, LLC, recommended new directional, aspirating aerators which were designed and installed in 2006.
