Grandview Terraces PUD - Phase I
Project consists of site improvements for Phase I of a Planned Unit Development, including construction of road, water system expansion and a “dry” sewer installation. Gravity sewer collection lines and services will be installed during construction in order to allow site connection in the future. The project includes approximately 2,000 feet of new road construction, 1,650 feet of paved roadway improvements, 130 feet of gravel road construction, as well as storm water management and erosion control associated with the construction of the roadways. Driveway approaches for eight units are included.
The PUD will be served via an expansion of the City of Hope Water Distribution System. Improvements to the system include 1,800 feet of eight-inch water line, approximately 2,237 feet of six-inch water line as well as a 50,000-gallon water storage tank and pump house with booster pumps and backup generator.
