City of Dover Wastewater Treatment Plan Expansion
Project description: Phase I includes construction of two aerobic digesters, conversion of the existing aerobic digester to a third SBR basin, construction of a lab/office facility, existing plant piping modifications for expansion of the SBR system, associated site work and all electrical and control work to make a complete and operable facility.
