Diamond Lake Water & Sewer District Improvement Project
Project included construction of 20’ x 60’ and 40’ x 14’ additions to the existing district headquarters, remodel of existing headquarters office and filtration room, installation of new filtration system and related appurtenances; installation of approximately 5400 linear feet of 8” water line extension, and construction of two 100,000-gallon water storage tanks. Project Engineer worked on engineering design, bid documentation, project oversight, acquisition of USDA grant and loan funding, permitting, negotiation and preparation of easements and contract administration.
